2 Well, I have here two questions that I want to answer… the first is: "Brother Philippe, it is written that we shall judge angels, what is it of that exactly"? Thank you, Brother, that’s what we will do. We will condemn them in Heaven as we condemn them on earth! Each prophet will judge cherubim, the principalities and all the classes of angels that rebelled against God in his generation.
3 On earth as in Heaven, it is Prophet Kacou Philippe who will judge Reinhard Bonnké, Chris Oyakhilome, David Owuor, Emmanuel Makandiwa, Uebert Angel, T. B. Joshua and David Oyedepo! On earth as in Heaven, it is Prophet Kacou Philippe who will judge Joel Osteen, T.D. Jakes, Doug Batchelor, Billy Graham, Edir Macedo, Valdemiro Santiago, Silas Malafaia, Paula White, Joyce Meyer, Alberto Mottesi, Claudio Freidzon and Dante Gebel!
4 On earth as in Heaven, it is Prophet Kacou Philippe who will judge Benny Hinn, Manasseh Jordan, Jesse Jackson, John Hagee, Pat Robertson, Joaquim Gonçalves, Donald Parnell, Alejandro Bullón and Guillermo Maldonado. They are demons! They are fallen angels. Sorcerers and magicians under Joel 2:28 and 1 Corinthians 2:4 to 5. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
5 The second question is, "Brother Philippe, I believe the Message but I work in a field that is in contradiction with what the Message says, what should I do? " … Brethren, as soon as you do some job that is in contradiction with the Word, you can come to the Message while keeping that job for some time because you live on it but you must seek means to give that up before you get baptised! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
6 Well, let’s take our Bibles in Exodus 28, verse 30. I am going to talk about the Urim Thummim. I think that it should be called: "The Urim Thummim ". That’s it: the Urim Thummim or the Urim and the Thummim!
7 Well, let’s read what is written there, "And thou shalt put into the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, that they may be upon Aaron's heart when he goeth in before Jehovah; and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before Jehovah continually." Amen!
8 Moses had made on the breastplate of judgment, the Urim Thummim, twelve stones enclosed in pure gold in accordance with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. Each son of Jacob had a birthstone. But saying that every man on earth has a birthstone, I do not say that! And believing that having the stone with you can make you thrive as some Branhamists believe it, I do not see things this way! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
9 Well, the Urim Thummim in the Old Testament, it was God amongst the twelve Patriarchs and in the New Testament, Jesus Christ amongst the twelve Apostles!
10 Now observe this: [Ed: Brother Philippe draws something on the board] four vertical rows, each composed of three precious stones enclosed in pure gold: the first row: a sardoin, a topaz, and an emerald; … the second row: the carbuncle, sapphire, and diamond; … the third row: an opal, an agate, and an amethyst… then the fourth row: the chrysolite, onyx and jasper! And that made the Urim Thummim on the breastplate of judgment.
11 Well. Let’s come back to the Urim Thummim, it was the Spirit of Moses through twelve stones, twelve Patriarchs, God amongst the twelve tribes of Israel down there and on this side, Jesus Christ amongst the twelve apostles. You see? The Urim Thummim was the breastplate of judgment to judge! And God says that Aaron will put it on and execute the judgment of the people before Jehovah in Moses’ stead because it is the prophet who executes the divine judgment on all the face of the earth!
12 Let’s take now the books of the prophets… Judgment against Assyria, Woe to this one, plaint against that one, complaint against that one… you see? That has never been given to a priest! And Aaron, the greatest of all the priests of the Old Testament and the ministries of Ephesians 4:11 wore the visible representation of the Urim Thummim.
13 Thus, when Israel had to make a great decision, all the people would go before the Urim Thummim and somebody on behalf of the people would speak to the Urim Thummim in these words: "Jehovah our God… Is it Thy will and the moment for Thy people to wage war against such or such a people"? If the twelve stones of breastplate twinkled together then it was God’s perfect will that Israel should go to war. If somebody had a revelation, whether he was your uncle or your auntie, no matter his or her age or his or her social status, no matter how great the revelation was, he was brought before the Urim Thummim! Not before a scribe or a Berean but before the Urim Thummim!
14 All that is very good but it is mentioned nowhere in the Bible what Aaron or a priest did with the Urim Thummim.
15 Well. All the pastors and prophets I met or listened to are unanimous that the Urim Thummim today, it is the Holy Bible, especially the Branhamists! I have never heard somebody say something different! You see? It sounds good and I’d also like it to be so! I do not intend to be in disagreement with them but how can a history book ― be it the book of the history of Salvation ― be the Urim Thummim or the type of the Urim Thummim, the absolute of the elect? How can a history book ― be it the book of our ancestors’ history ― be the Urim Thummim? No! That is not possible!
16 That was not possible down there in Judaism so that the scrolls of the prophets replace the breastplate, that has never been possible and that will never be possible! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”] That’s something false and you cannot get into the Paradise of God with such a great falsehood. You see? The Bible cannot be the Urim Thummim and even its prophetic side cannot make it the Urim Thummim.
17 And when a man will recite the whole Bible or William Branham’s Message, it is because he simply has a good memory. Such a man is nothing to me! It is just as a good pupil who is reciting his lesson of history and geography! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. The Bible is the book of the history and geography of Palestine and of Christians! That has nothing to do with spirituality!
18 When you see somebody saying all the time, "Come back to the Bible! Come back to the Bible! The Bible says...! The Bible says...!" keep quiet and do observe the man well and you will see that it is a demon! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. It is apparently good but it is the devil. To come back to the Word is different from "coming back to the Bible"! It was the same demon that used that woman in Acts 16.
19 And the test of the Word is not to confront what somebody is saying with the Bible! Because the Bible is a history book, it is past and if that scandalizes you then you need deliverance! It is a history book that God has found useful, not because of the memory of the prophets or of the culture of the churches but because of its prophetic side!
20 The Bible is not and can never be the Urim Thummim! If you say, "O God, I love the Bible ", and you go and buy a big one like an encyclopaedia and you make it your pillow or you press it against your heart then the suitable place for you is Catholic church! You see? Believe the Bible from the first verse to the last verse, from the cover to the other cover but without a prophet, that is nothing! Without the Bible, you can be saved provided that you accept the prophet of your generation! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. This is why it cannot be the Urim Thummim! You see?
21 Martin Luther’s sermons were in contradiction with the Bible. His Trinitarian baptism by aspersion was in contradiction with the Bible and his position against the Jews was wrong! Martin Luther made that Germans including Adolph Hitler engaged in the extermination of Jews! The Christians of Berea would have never followed Martin Luther! The Christians of Berea, it was just good for the apostolic days with Thomas! And yet, Martin Luther was an Angel of God, he is one of the messengers that the seven stars of Revelation 1:16 will raise up on earth. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
22 While the Lord Jesus said not to stone the woman in John 8, the Pharisees and Sadducees said the contrary because of the scrolls that were in their hands! And if the Urim Thummim were thus the scrolls of the Old Testament, for which one of them would it twinkle that day? For the Pharisees or for the Lord Jesus Christ? The Pharisees of course! And I go further to say to the churches, that the Urim Thummim and the scrolls of the Old Testament were there when Jews killed each Prophet God sent them! You see?
23 If the Urim Thummim is the Bible, it would not twinkle for the Lord Jesus Christ because the Chief Priest Melchisedec is to come from the tribe of Levi! If the Urim Thummim is the Bible, it would not twinkle while I baptise in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for restitution! But it would twinkle before any baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins, whatever the church that baptism is done! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
24 And one day, somebody said to me, "But Prophet, it is for remission of sins that you must baptise! That is written!" I said to him, "Sir, do not take me back to the past! I received the remission of my sins at the Calvary Tree with the Apostles two thousand years ago!" He said, "You thus lived at the time of Peter and you died and you were born again"? I said, "Sir! I received the baptism from the hands of John the Baptist at the Jordan and I have never died!
25 Acts 2:38 is not to me but to the generation of Peter! If there were to be only one formula for baptism, this should be for repentance because it is on the basis of the repentance for a bad life to follow Christ that any person receives the baptism. And if that thus has progressed from repentance to reach remission of sins, it is sure that one day it will be something else and that something else, it belongs to a living prophet messenger who will indicate it to his generation". [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
26 He said, "But how do you know that it is for restitution"? I said, "Sir, it is in accordance with Matthew 16:19 and it is up to you to believe in that in fulfilment of Acts 13:48 and Daniel 12:10!" And he said, "There, I will pray"! I said to him, "Go and pray if Acts 2:38 says that they went to pray after they heard Peter"! You see! It was Peter who had the keys of the Kingdom of the heavens who said it and you would go to pray who? You see? And today, it is Prophet Kacou Philippe in the virtue of the vision of April 24, 1993, who said it and you would go to pray which God? [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
27 The reasonings of this man had made all the Bible versions including Darby, twinkle, except the prophet! And if the Urim Thummim is the Bible, it will twinkle before many hissings of the same kind! It will twinkle before each church doctrine! It will twinkle before each Catholic church and each Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist branch! You see? The Urim Thummim worked correctly up to Moses’ death because the Spirit that caused the twelve stones of the breastplate to twinkle was the Spirit of Moses! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
28 In Leviticus 8, Moses took the Spirit of prophet that was upon him and put It upon Aaron in fulfilment of the promise that God gave him in Exodus 7, a promise according to which Aaron would be the prophet of Moses! The Urim Thummim is the Spirit of prophet! The living prophet and Urim Thummim, it is the tree and its fruit! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
29 Yet, instead of seeking the living prophet, Jews worried about the Urim Thummim! The prophet is the original owner of the Urim Thummim! In Deuteronomy 33:8, Moses, when he was blessing the tribes said to Levi, "Thy Thummim and thy Urim are for thy godly one, Whom thou didst prove at Massah, With whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;" Amen!
30 If the Jews had understood these Words, they would have not tried to bring the Urim Thummim back in the priesthood at the time of Ezra and Nehemiah! You see? Instead of seeking the living prophet, they worried about the Urim Thummim! They do not want a living prophet! You see? It is because churches do not like judgment that they replaced the Urim Thummim with the Bible! They have a history book as their absolute; leading the whole world by the Bible as if one can drive a vehicle by the rear-view mirror! You see?
31 The Bible is the rear-view mirror of the Church and the living prophet is the windshield. It’s the living prophet who permits the whole crew to move ahead. Today, you are Christian, not because you walk according to the bible but because you walk according to Prophet Kacou Philippe. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. In Judaism, from generation to generation, Jews did not follow Jehovah through Moses’ scrolls but it’s because they were listening to the living prophets according to the recommendation of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:20.
32 In Numbers 11:25, God took the Spirit of Moses and put It upon the seventy elders of Israel so that Israel became an assembly of prophets but after that, they rose against Moses. And on this side, in the new Covenant, the Lord Jesus Christ blew of his Spirit on the seventy disciples including Judas Iscariote. It is exactly Numbers 11:25! And it was after that and after Aaron had received the Urim Thummim in Exodus 28 that, together, they made the golden calf in Exodus 32! You see? It was with all those authentic scrolls that Jews killed the prophets and crucified the Lord Jesus!
33 And today, it is with all the Bible that the whole world is rejecting Prophet Kacou Philippe! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
34 All that to conclude that a priest is not made for carrying the Urim Thummim! You see? The Urim Thummim was like a sword or a sandal too heavy for Aaron and his sons who are today the Ministers of Ephesians 4:11. No man, no animal, no tree can put the Urim Thummim on except the prophet messenger! When God tried to put the Urim Thummim upon Mount Sinai, God says that it trembled very hard! It could not stand that! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
35 Well, now let’s take the first vision of Kc.64 to close. I am going to read a portion of that. Well, she says, "I was sitting at home and I saw like a board in front of me and a man clothed in white standing on the sand of the sea. He was Black. He was looking on the surface of the waters as if he was awaiting something and I saw him from the back. As he looked, a fish like a whale rose on the surface of the waters."
36 The Sister continues and says that, "And when the seventh fish disappeared, there was a flash of lightning above the waters, in front of the man clothed in white. The flash produced powerful sounds like voices with Sparks. It was not some lightning or some thunder but it was the flash that produced those sounds like powerful cracklings with sparks, and the light and the voices of the flash entered into the man and he gestured a bit and the light and the sounds of the flash struck all the creation and the wind blew on waters and the trees and the waves struck the rocks. And it was as if it were what the man clothed in white was awaiting and the vision ended." Amen! What’s this? It was the Urim Thummim! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
37 And after that, even before he set foot in any church, he was told, "Pronounce the judgment!" Amen! What’s this? Catholic, Protestant, evangelicals and Branhamist leaders do not have the right to judge but there is a man on all the face of the earth who has the right to judge, Prophet Kacou Philippe. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. Each prophet is the judge of God in his generation. Amen!
38 Leviticus 8 says that Moses brought Aaron near and put the Urim Thummim on him so that he might pronounce the judgment on the people in his stead exactly as in the vision and Aaron tried to wear it but it did not work! It did not work with Aaron and it will never work on earth! An object cannot substitute the prophet messenger. A Bible can never be the Urim Thummim on earth. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. And what Aaron could not wear, Joshua wore that before Moses. Elisha wore that before Elijah! And Kacou Philippe wore that before William Branham! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
39 And in the vision of April 24, 1993, the prophet stood on the sand of the sea to receive the breastplate for the judgment of the nations! What is this? He was brought near before them on the waters so that Daniel 7:13 may be fulfilled. And the Angel and the Lamb gave him the Urim Thummim. Amen! May God bless you!
