1 Well, I am going to read a verse by which I will close, God permitting. It’s Judges 3:1 to 2: … "And these are the nations that Jehovah left, to prove Israel by them, all that had not known all the wars of Canaan; only that the generations of the children of Israel might know war by learning it, at the least those who before had known nothing thereof". Amen! I’m going to talk about the subject: dispensation of a prophet. Whatever might happen, never forget that we are in a prophetic dispensation… [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
2 Also, I ask you to content yourselves with the preachings that you already have. I think that there will be some more but I believe that it’s a long time since the Message of Matthew 25:6 has been already given. Like Esther, progress with what you have! Keep away from what didn’t please God to give you! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
3 Well, there are several Brothers who occupy some important positions; they are often confronted with some things and even with saying certain things to populations on behalf of the government. Apart from hugs and similar things, they have to confess all the rest to the Church and I ask the Brothers and Sisters to be very merciful with them. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
4 Well, I am going to read out what a prophet said before the elections, concerning the Ivorian crisis … Well, I read that, "… Anyway, one of these days, that people that has besieged you and the son of your slave shall rule over you and what your heart refuses, you shall see it according to my Word!" And this Word was fulfilled exactly on this nation. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
5 Since July 8, 2002, I have been standing alone against all. And in September 2008, when I wanted to travel, I was told, "You are considered a threat to the public order, national security and the international relations of one of the contracting parts"! And I was denied a visa.
6 I have never travelled but the public order, national security and international relations and all the things they talked about have been compromised! A prophet can never be a problem for his country. A prophet can never challenge his nation but it is the nation which challenges God through the prophet.
7 And when you follow a prophet who is not able to tell you at least that his words have the same values as those of the prophets of the Bible, it’s because you are yourself a son of the devil that you follow such a man. Where there is no infallibility, there is no Salvation! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
8 It’s the 103rd time that I preach and show me only one thing that I announced and which has not come to pass? There is not a single Word that I announced since 2002 and which has not come true! You see? The sword pursued the pastors and prophets of Ivory Coast in broad daylight and many of them fell like some vulgar dogs and I tell you that they are going straight to hell! And this will be a sign for those who saw those things. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
9 A prophet cannot fail! The Bible is the assemblage of the books of the prophets and the Bible cannot be infallible unless each of the prophets who wrote it is infallible. Some can doubt what I say but there will be always a posterity which will say, "We have not seen the Angel and the Lamb and we have not heard the Words the Lamb pronounced but we entirely believe It, because what God gave and that the devil took, has now been restituted to you". 10 These are the ones concerned when the angel says, "You were sent as a leader on earth… All that you ever loved, and all that ever loved you when you were alive on the earth, God has given to you…" [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
11 Now I am going to relate a fact that occurred in Locodjro in the first moments of my ministry: A sister lived with us… She had committed the sin of fornication and on that very day, I asked her that but she denied. I said, "Have I ever asked you such a question”? … And as she studied and had good marks in class and everything, I said because of that, she would not pass the O-level exam. But on the day of the proclamation of the results, she returned home shouting for joy.
12 And Zipporah, who has never believed in me, said, "Sir, she passed it!" and I said to her, "Have I ever said something which did not come true"? And in the following days, that girl’s father came to thank us with some presents for the success of his daughter. But three months later, at the beginning of the school year, it was revealed that she had not passed it but she had lied in agreement with her schoolmates. Also, two years after that, she admitted that she had committed sex sin on that very day I had questioned her. And I asked that she be cast out of the Message. And that was done. 13 You call us a sect so that nobody will listen to me but where are you now? In a deep shame! We are a sect because we are different from Catholics, Protestants, evangelicals and Branhamists? Every prophetic dispensation brings that and we have to be called a sect. The Lord Jesus Christ and the Apostles were called a sect. Yes, exactly!
14 Every prophet dispensation brings that. The Apostles, Martin Luther, John Wesley… All those that God sent on the earth were called a sect and if we are called a sect, you should not be distracted by it. Paul said, "But this I avow to thee, that in the way which they call sect, so I serve my fathers' God, believing all things which are written throughout the law, and in the prophets." 15 It is since 2002 that they started calling us a sect when I refused to merge into the many church unions and federations which are actually religious cooperatives! But today, several of those people are begging me for some money! Yet, as for me, in the same way that I do not eat the white chicken of the traditional African fetish priest, I have, likewise, never begged or held my hand out to a Catholic, Protestant, evangelical or Branhamist priest or pastor. I have not done that, I do not do that and I will never do that! You see?
16 If I am a true prophet of God, according to the way of my fathers, I will condemn you in the name of the Jesus Christ you pretend to worship and you will also call me a sect to always perpetuate the work of your fathers because the Pharisees are dead but the same spirits of the Pharisees are on earth!
17 Look in Egypt, the Hebrews would freely worship the devil, and depending on the problem they had, they could go and see this or that Egyptian priest! Be it the priest of Osiris, Sabek or Buto as Catholics do it here and as Protestants, evangelicals and Branhamists do now by going to the prayer vigil of this or that so-called prophet according to the testimonies they hear of that so-called prophet! No matter what that prophet believes but if his god uses him mightily, that’s the main thing… And the Branhamist Pastor Ouassa David once called upon an evangelical prophetess and she came to his house to pray for his sick father.
18 They can call upon a politician, stinking alcohol, to preside over the consecration of their temple… You see? And those politicians, those pagans sitting there, receiving all the honours due to Christ to the point that this politician sitting there, wouldn’t have been wrong to think that he was already saved! How can a person who does not believe like you, a pagan stinking alcohol, cut the ribbon of the consecration of the church?
19 There is only one God in Heaven and He can’t have but only one mouth on earth! Thus, when somebody tells you, "Oh! I can see that that Kacou Philippe is the founder of new a sect!", that man is supposed to tell where the only living truth, like Moses, Jeremiah, Isaiah, is… so that you may be saved otherwise that person talking to you is a demon, whoever who this person may be. 20 You say, "Oh! That Kacou Philippe is a false prophet, do not listen to him!" And yet, you do not point out who is the true living prophet on earth for this generation. But you, Catholics, Protestants, evangelicals and Branhamists, I have always told you that you are the incarnation of Satan and I have always told you that all your wonderful praise songs were worships to Satan.
21 No matter how sincere you are, it is the devil that you worship in the Name of Jesus. Go to church to have religious funerals with choirs, but when you tell your Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist faithful that they will be saved, this is the scam of Satan; it’s like the one selling junk in place of gold. You have never known God and you have never been born again and you say, "I have the Holy Spirit". You are baptized of demons and you think it is the Holy Spirit.
22 If you have the Holy Spirit, why don't you know that your Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches including Islam and Judaism are brotherhoods of sorcerers and that the Jesus you have accepted as your personal saviour is a demon?
23 If you have the Holy Spirit, why don’t you know therefore that your Tob, Louis Segond, Scofield, Thompson bibles and others are books of fetishes? You mix up the Holy Spirit and the spirit of divination! You see? Either you are all in the truth and I am a false prophet, or I am a true prophet and you and your churches are the incarnation of Satan. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”].
24 A Muslim president of the republic with 54% in a country with a Christian majority, that, none of your prophets, pastors and presidents of churches had imagined that. It was hidden! Daniel said to Nebuchadnezzar: Oh king, the secret that thou hath demanded cannot the wise men, the magicians, the scribes, the astrologers, shew unto thee; but there is a God in the Heavens, who revealeth secrets and hidden things. 25 Even foreign journalists had not noticed that because of this religious side. But I said that it would be so and evangelical and Branhamist churches were all expecting that to fail to publish everywhere that I am a false prophet. You see?
26 What I announced could not fail because I was called and commissioned on April 24, 1993 with a Gospel for the Salvation of my generation. While I was not a Christian, the Angel commissioned me saying, "The same way that Mary conceived miraculously, without knowing any man, the same way Moses received in details what happened at the creation, you have received the Words of eternal Life on this April 24, 1993 and it is decreed by God. At the appointed time, you will understand and you will teach what you did not learn in order that whoever believes have eternal Life''. And this Angel is always here, with me. 27 God is sovereign. At the beginning of the church, God leaves the Apostles and the disciples filled with the Holy Spirit and goes for Saul of Tarsus, a persecutor of the Christians to speak to the whole earth. And on April 24, 1993, this same Almighty God chose a pagan that I was for the Salvation of mankind. What will you say if it is not, "oh God may thy will be done."
